Routine maintenance of the cabinet

Weekly: visual inspection + quick cleaning
Monthly: thorough cleaning + component check
Quarterly: detailed inspection (depending on usage)

Ensure optimal operation and extend the cabinet’s lifespan through regular and proper maintenance.

Device disconnection
- Before any operation, make sure the cabinet is powered off.
- Unplug it if possible, especially for internal cleaning.
Exterior cleaning
- Clean surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaner.
- Focus on contact areas: handles, doors, control panels.
- Dry with a clean cloth.
Door and seal inspection
- Check the door seals: they should be clean, flexible, and properly fixed.
- Remove any dirt using a damp cloth.
- Verify proper door alignment (see previous tutorial).
Ventilation grills
- Make sure nothing blocks the air intake or outlet.
Interior components
- Remove accessories (grills, baskets, etc.) if needed.
- Clean with a soft cloth and a non-aggressive cleaner.
General visual check
- Look for any corrosion, damage, or deformation.
- Report any anomalies to technical support.

Make sure the water collection tray is properly positioned under the cabinet at the back of the designated rails. This tray is designed to collect runoff generated during cleaning.
Use a moderate water jet to wash the exterior and interior of the cabinet (avoid direct high-pressure water).
Caution: do not spray water on the technical area (top of the cabinet) or through the ventilation grills.
Direct the water from top to bottom, starting below the technical area at the top of the cabinet.
Allow the water to fully drain into the tray.
Empty and clean the tray after use, and remember to reposition it.

📝 This type of cleaning is recommended in environments that are very dusty, dirty, or where chemical or organic residues are present.
