{"id":1454,"date":"2025-04-14T10:07:49","date_gmt":"2025-04-14T10:07:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/n.jvd.fr\/?post_type=tutorial&#038;p=1454"},"modified":"2025-09-29T21:09:30","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T21:09:30","slug":"unpacking-and-depalletizing-best-practices","status":"publish","type":"tutorial","link":"https:\/\/n.jvd.fr\/en\/tutoriel\/unpacking-and-depalletizing-best-practices\/","title":{"rendered":"Unpacking and depalletizing Novven 3S: best practices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You\u2019ve just received your Novven 3S cabinet \u2013 here\u2019s how to ensure proper depalletizing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 <strong>Before you begin<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you have the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A pair of protective gloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A safety cutter or strapping pliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Phillips screwdriver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Two people for handling (recommended)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce6 <strong>Depalletizing Procedure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Visual inspection<\/strong><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the color of the shock indicator \u2013 the circle inside the arrow must be <strong>GREEN<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also inspect the condition of the package and the pallet (no shocks, moisture, deformation, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you notice any issue, take photos and contact customer service <strong>before continuing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Removing external protections<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carefully cut the straps or plastic wrap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the foam corners, side protections, or cardboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the condition of the screen and the door handle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attaching the descent ramps<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using a screwdriver, unscrew the 4 screws (fixed to the pallet) which will be used to attach the 2 descent ramps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screw in the 2 ramps to ease the descent from the pallet.<br>Make sure to align the ramps correctly so the spacing matches the distance between the wheels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1414\" height=\"795\" src=\"https:\/\/n.jvd.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/qr-code-cdr-tutos-depalettisation-1-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-981\" srcset=\"https:\/\/n.jvd.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/qr-code-cdr-tutos-depalettisation-1-edited.jpg 1414w, https:\/\/n.jvd.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/qr-code-cdr-tutos-depalettisation-1-edited-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/n.jvd.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/qr-code-cdr-tutos-depalettisation-1-edited-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/n.jvd.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/qr-code-cdr-tutos-depalettisation-1-edited-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1414px) 100vw, 1414px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Lowering the cabinet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Align the first two wheels with the descent ramps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carefully guide the cabinet as it rolls down.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Storing the ramps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unscrew the 4 screws to remove the two metal ramps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep them together with the pallet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Internal unpacking of the cabinet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the cabinet door.
